Gesthús bungalows are equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette and private entrance. The bungalows are 17 m2, perfect for one to three adults or a family with two young children. The bungalows are located in the “forest” in a quiet and tranquil environment. Some would say the atmosphere is relaxed and homely.
The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, toiletries and towels. We have plenty of hot water for long and relaxing showers but as common in Iceland, our hot water smells like sulfur as it comes straight from the ground. The smell occurs simply because of its awesome natural origins.
The kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, tableware for 3, electric kettle, sink and dining area. And yes opposite to our hot water that is not made for drinking, only bathing, our cold water is awesome. It will be one of the best drink you will have in Iceland and it is for free! A good practice is though to let the cold water run a bit from the tab so the cold and hot water won’t mix!
Guests staying in the bungalows are welcome to use the nice and warm geothermal hot tubs, located at the service center, for free. They are also welcome to use washing machine and dryer, located next to the service center, for free.

You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
